Lucas brings a comprehensive background in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, and startup finance. He previously worked as an Investment Professional at Main Capital Partners, where he led transactions including leveraged buyouts of UHB and GenoData and executed buy-and-build strategies for portfolio companies.

Before that, he was an M&A Senior Associate at KPMG, advising on both sell-side and buy-side mandates, including the sale of LucaNet to Hg Capital. He also held investment banking analyst roles at Clipperton and GP Bullhound, working on cross-border tech transactions.

Lucas began his finance career as a Venture Capital Analyst at Rheingau Founders, where he supported early-stage investments and gained insight into the founder journey. He later joined PACIFIC HEALTHCARE, where he served as Head of Finance and subsequently as Acting CFO, overseeing financial operations and investor engagement during a critical growth period.

He is also an active Private Equity Investor at Rocket Factory Augsburg (RFA), a company at the forefront of Europe’s private space sector.

Lucas is not only an advisor but also a founder. In 2019, he co-founded Healthynox, a healthtech startup that successfully exited in 2020. His early career includes roles at Goldman Sachs and Mercedes-Benz, providing a solid foundation in financial operations and corporate systems.
